A message from Zoe Huggins...
Since being selected as your Conservative parliamentary candidate, I have been listening to residents' views, and getting to know what a wonderful and varied place Edmonton and Winchmore Hill is.
I work as a consultant in education and leadership and have worked within London supporting the skills reform, and skills delivery for GLA including within Edmonton, connecting me to the area. My career spans 24 years in the post-16 education and skills sector, where I have worked in various roles, including general further education, Premier League football, and an environmental charity. My passion for empowering others extends beyond my professional life, and I am actively involved in various voluntary roles. As a Non-Executive Director for a Business Action Group, Chair of a Multi-Academy Trust, and a Trustee for a youth cadet group.
I believe in public service and the importance of strong representation. To be clear and honest with you, I currently live in Gosport with my husband and two grown-up children, where I serve on the Local and County councils as well as the local fire authority.
However, if elected your MP, I will make my home in the constituency, and as your MP I will always stand up for all residents, businesses, and the area.
